How do I know which service my watch needs?
There's no need to decide in advance. Bring or send your watch and we'll assess it carefully and suggest the most appropriate option — you're under no obligation until you've seen our recommendation and agree to proceed.
Can I send my watch by post or courier?
Yes. We accept watches sent via registered or trackable courier. We'll confirm safe receipt and return your watch by the same care once work is complete. Please contact us first so we can share packing guidance.
What happens to my watch while it's with you?
Each watch is individually tagged and stored in a secure section of our workshop. It is handled with gloves and kept away from dust, heat, and moisture. We treat every piece as if it were our own.
Are the prices shown final, or might they change?
The service prices listed are our standard fees. If we discover anything during assessment that would affect cost — such as a damaged component needing replacement — we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Do you work on vintage or unusual movements?
Yes — vintage and less common calibres are a part of what we enjoy. Our Delicate Restoration service is suited precisely to pieces that need extra consideration. We'll let you know honestly if we encounter anything beyond our current capability.
How do I pay?
We accept Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, and cash at the workshop. Payment is due on collection or before return by post. We'll confirm payment details when your watch is ready.
