How every service begins
Regardless of which service is appropriate, every watch follows the same careful intake. It is assessed, individually tagged, and kept in secure storage. A written condition note is shared with you before any work begins, and you confirm scope before we proceed. This applies whether we're doing a brief refresh or an extended restoration.

Service One
Gentle Refresh

A light, attentive service for mechanical watches that run but feel a little tired. Accessible areas are cleaned, fresh lubrication is applied to the key contact points, timing is regulated gently, and seals are inspected. A short care note follows. This is a thoughtful interval service — not a full disassembly, but a considered touch that can extend the period before a heavier overhaul is needed.

Service Two
Full Overhaul

A complete service for automatic and hand-wound movements needing deeper attention. The movement is fully disassembled and every component cleaned in our ultrasonic system. The entire movement is re-oiled, the mainspring renewed where worn, and the watch regulated across positions for dependable timekeeping. Gaskets are refreshed and the case is checked. Suited to cherished daily pieces.

Service Three
Delicate Restoration

Patient restoration for fine or vintage watches whose delicate parts ask for careful hands. The movement is overhauled with attentive handling, the case finish is renewed gently in keeping with the original character, and the dial and hands are attended to with care. Each step is discussed and documented. The goal is to return the piece to reliable function while preserving what makes it what it is.
